Not long after I stated TConsult, Inc. a client said something to me that has stuck with me to
this day.
I love working with you Rob because you are nothing like I would expect a programmer to be.
I have actually had that said to me a few times throughout the years. It is something I am proud
of. The term "computer geek" simply does not coincide with highly personalized customer service.
You don't have to be a geek to be a Web developer and run a development company.
Many of our clients came to us after working with another consultancy only to be unsatisfied with the
quality of work, turn-around times on projects, and lack of being there when the client needed them.
That does not happen at TConsult and we have the references to prove it. Several of our clients

Hiring a private consulting firm that is a long geographical distance from your home base
can cause concern and anxiety. The distance can cause a feeling of being disconnected.
