Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Programming Services

Most of our clientele rapidly expand the functionality of their data driven Website to the point where the Website is used to manage every aspect of their business. At this point, they can only be classified as one thing - Customer Relationship Management (CRM).

Categorizing the Websites We Have Built
  • Auctions
  • ECommerce
  • Download Systems
  • File Carts
  • Inventory Management
  • Member Registration
  • Message Boards (Forums)
  • Online Courses
But trying to categorize the work we do is nearly impossible. It is as broad as saying "motorized vehicle". We can think of many vehicles that have motors. One thing is for sure - all of them have motors and all of them have wheels. Thus, an eighteen wheeler and a moped are one in the same in some regards but drastically different in others.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is Usually the End Product
Regardless of what the purpose of the Website is when clients first engage us, almost all of the solutions we build rapidly become Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions. That is, the Website becomes more of a tool to assist us in managing the overall business that, in turn, will keep our relationship with our customers sound.

For example, a client may approach us about building them an ECommerce store for their new business. This business will be entirely online based. Once completed, and after a few months, they will start to request features that technically have nothing to do with the direct action of customers buying products. They may ask us to build a feature that allows orders to be sent directly to their suppliers at the click of a button (resulting in faster order fulfillment) or they may ask us to set up a feature to track leads (resulting in new customers and a stronger business).

One way or another, the Website eventually becomes the ground floor for overall management of the business - not just Add to Cart >> Checkout.

As a result, we often find ourselves adding the same types of functionality to a Member Registration System as we would to an ECommerce store. There is a lot of crossing-over but, at the end of the day, it is all about customers.
