TConsult provides Web development under a systematic process that ensures thoroughness,
quality, and reliability. The four step process detailed below ensures the utmost
in customer satisfaction, reliability, and scalability of your business solution.

Step 1: The Scope Phase
|
The Scope Phase is an opportunity for TConsult to learn more about you, your idea,
and how prepared you are to move forward. The Scope Phase is something that can
be completed rather quickly or it may take a few days depending on the size of your
project.
Specifically, this is an opportunity for us to learn more about you, where
you fit in to your industry, and
determine exactly what you need in terms of development including level of design,
programming requirements, and hosting options. It is also an opportunity for us
to make suggestions, determine your biggest challenges, and answer any questions
you may have.
We stay within the scope phase until all elements of the Website have been discussed
and a clear map of where you are headed has been outlined. This is also the time when
project costs will be established. If the client agrees on the price then a
contract for development will written that both parties must sign.
Once both parties agree that we have a clear picture of where we are going and a
contract is in place then we will move on to Step 2 - Development Overview.

Step 2: Development Overview
|
A document will be created detailing all the project requirements that we determined
in Step 1. This document will contain:
- Design requirements
- A feature by feature description of your Website. Each feature will be detailed
as to what each one will do. Thus, the sum of the parts equals the whole.
- The desired hosting solution and pricing if needed.
This document will then be sent to you and you will be asked to review it.
Sometimes we stay in this phase for a few passes. This is often when new
ideas pop up or when a client discovers something they have
over looked.
Once you feel that the document has covered everything
then we move on to Step 3 - Development Phase.

Step 3: Development Phase
|
|
Based on the requirements and scope of the project addressed in Steps 1 and 2, we
will begin to build your solution. This is obviously a step that the client is relatively
disconnected from unless a question should arise. If Steps 1 and 2 are completed
thoroughly and properly then there should not be any interruptions in the development
phase.

Step 4: Testing
|
|
Once the solution is complete, it will be properly tested by our development team.
Once we are comfortable that we have program running correctly we will hand it over
to the client. At this time we strongly advise the client to also thoroughly test
the system.
This is an important step in making sure that you know exactly how your solution
works and a final step in ensuring that the program is not lacking in any department.

Step 5: Site Release
|
|
When Steps 1 - 4 have been completed we can set a date for the Website to be released.
Once released, the system will be monitored for a few days to ensure that everything
is running properly and no one is experiencing problems that may have not been caught
in Step 4. Our solutions also include automated error monitoring so we know
almost instantly if a program error has occurred. Any bug in the program will
be addresses immediately.

That's it! From this point forward it will be up to the client to decide on how,
when, or if the system will need any future enhancements. We will always be here
